 Richard J. Stuckey (Rick) is a partner with MIP Corporation who has experience working on Thought Process Optimization (TPO) projects. He understands reasoning strategies, thought processes and has experience in capturing and transferring expert reasoning to less experienced individuals. He is also experienced in developing the systems that makes it more feasible to share captured reasoning strategies with large groups of individuals in order to establish an accelerated learning process. He collaborated in the initial capture of the reasoning strategies of an expert physician/diagnostician by assisting him in understanding TPO principles and in documenting his reasoning strategies. He also supported the One-Term One-Meaning documentation of these strategies.

  

Rick is a retired Accenture partner. During his 34-year employment by Andersen Consulting/Accenture he was responsible for the initial definition of the internal Knowledge Management system, known as Knowledge Xchange, which evolved to support the firms operations throughout the world and supported over 100,000 employees. In his last position at Accenture, he had global responsibility for the implementation of Knowledge Management systems for the firm's clients.

  

While at Accenture, Rick was also responsible for development of significant system and application software for the firm and its clients. He provided technical consulting for many emerging advanced technologies and for investigations into the impact of emerging technologies on the business of the firm and its clients. The clients he served while at Accenture were mainly in the financial services, utilities, healthcare and distribution industries.

  

Rick is a Director for Camilion Solutions, a Toronto based company, that develops software for insurance companies. He was also on the Board of Directors and spent three years (2003-2006) in various sales positions with a startup company making LED lighting.
