Intellectual Capital Repository

The Intellectual Capital Repository (ICR) release 4.0 is a tool that makes implementing Thought Process Optimization throughout a corporation feasible. Release 4.0 incorporates what was learned from the previous releases into a single release that has been built using the latest technologies. The ICR uses state-of-the-art web, relational database and cloud computing technology.

The ICR is a software application that supports Thought Process Optimization. Each individual's thought processes are stored in the ICR. This ensures that thought processes are easily improved, integrated and shared. Each individual can access, question and use their colleagues' thought processes. This ability to access and interactively exchange thought processes enables individuals to learn from their colleagues at accelerated rates.
