Me Why Learning employs an interactive methodology and the Intellectual

Step 1. Capture and refine intuitions and thinking abilities of experts' and store them in the ICR. A continuous improvement, expansion and transfer process is then built around the captured intuitions and thinking abilities. This ensures Intellectual, Financial, Innovation and High Performance Sustainability. |

Step 2. Transfer intuitions and thinking abilities stored in ICR to other professionals. (Symbolized by the red line going down.) Step 3. Professionals review transferred intuitions and thinking abilities. This prompts them to question, improve and expand their own intuition and thinking abilities, leading to innovation and high performance. (Symbolized by the black line.) Step 4. Capture newly improved and expanded intuition and thinking abilities in the ICR. (Symbolized by the red line going up.) Step 5. Continuously repeat the process starting with Step 2. |
