Profile:
Joe Shidle, Partner
Mr. Shidle is one of the people responsible for creating and packaging
MIP's Thought Process Optimization. He has over 25 years experience
in establishing processes for improving thought processes at Fortune 50
Companies. Mr. Shidle's efforts were a major factor in making the improvement
of employee decision-making an integral part of the culture of a $5B business
unit at a Fortune 50 manufacturing company. His extensive experience with
a large global company made him acutely aware of the need to create a
structure and process for improving thought process across business units,
functions and geographical areas that can be rapidly customized and implemented
in any industry.
Mr. Shidle led the effort to establish information consistency and improve
thought processes at a Fortune 50 Company. The effort started with a multi-billion
dollar business unit and quickly expanded to include the entire enterprise
worldwide. This major effort encompassed all business units, functions
(such as sales, marketing, finance and supply chain) and geographical
areas that covered Asia, Europe, Middle East, Africa, South and North
America. He was instrumental in establishing and leading the multi-business
unit/function task force that soon became the company's enterprise implementation
team.
Before joining MIP, he served many roles as a leader and pioneer in achieving
consistency and improving thought processes, from being a business sponsor
and spokesman in the marketing department to being responsible for developing
and implementing the overall data warehouse strategy for a Fortune 50
Company. Throughout his career, he has remained focused on solving critical
business issues and an advocate of improving thought processes.
